The coaching process addresses the client's whole life based on the premise that you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Coaching programs are created in three-month blocks of time to facilitate integration of new ways of being within an accountable and supportive environment. All About You Workshops
Coaching is all about you! Designing what you want is at the core of all coaching. You begin with a fun-filled and interactive All About You Workshop where you will identify gaps between where you are and where you want to be in various areas of your life. Then you will create a vision of that future in the form of a vision board. The intention of the All About You Workshop is to provide valuable insights into creating the life you really want. You will gain clarity about what your life could look like. Lori coaches you to dream and then take actions toward stepping into your future. YOU will leave with a visual reminder of the future you are creating.
