Coaching is a big responsibility - agreeing to be a collaborator in the creation of a persons' life. But having possibilities come to fruition in my life, possibilities that excited me and transformed me AND that I didn't have the courage to imagine before was a truly life altering process, and this is what Lori delivers consistently. Her professional and warm approach helped me see what you I needed to in order to breakthrough and have the goals that I wanted. And that is what it is all about, having the life you want. There is no greater gift then the confidence of knowing you can be, do or have anything that you want. I stand taller and smile all the time! Thank you Lori - you are forever my teacher and my coach!

I used to drink Diet Coke all the time and sneak chocolate bars for a quick pick-me-up when I felt tired. I used to eat foods that were bad for me and somehow I just couldn't change my self-defeating habits no matter how hard I tried. After experiencing Lori's non-judgmental and gentle coaching, I now naturally can reach for green tea, I swim almost everyday (which is pure joy for me) and reach for foods that love me. I didn't force myself to change. It just happened naturally under Lori's expert psychological and nutritional guidance. My weight is flowing off effortlessly because I naturally reach for foods and drink that love my body and me. Where once I used to reach for foods that were bad for me, I now have learned to love myself. My problem was deeper than the food. Thanks Lori!"
